What the audit actually is.

Two working sessions with your operations leader and your managing partner. We map your current workflows, identify where AI genuinely adds value, and tell you honestly where it does not. We test your data handling, your existing tool stack, and your readiness for an Opinion 512-compliant implementation.

You receive a written report designed to be defensible to your full partnership. Not a sales deck. A document your firm can act on whether you work with us or not.

The $5,000 fee is how we separate firms ready to do the work from firms still gathering information. We review every application against firm size, practice mix, operational readiness, and stated driver. Not every firm is a fit, and we say so when that is the case. If your firm is smaller than 20 attorneys or larger than 200, we won't be the right partner for you in 2026.
